What sells in Georgia
Savannah first, because the street plan does the design for you. The grid of squares is famous, and it engraves beautifully. Couples who got engaged or married there buy it, and so does everyone who visited. Use a city street map of the historic district with the river along the top.
Athens and the Dawgs are a steady seller statewide. Georgia Tech in Atlanta has its own loyal crowd. And Atlanta itself sells as neighborhoods, not as a whole city.
