What sells in Nevada

Weddings. Las Vegas is one of the most popular places in the country to get married, and many of those couples want a keepsake. A heart-framed wedding map of the Strip with a pin on the chapel and the date in the frame band is an easy product to sell online. Couples who married here often live somewhere else, so ship-friendly sizes matter.

Lake Tahoe's Nevada side is the lake-house market. Incline Village, Glenbrook and Zephyr Cove buyers want their shoreline. Tahoe is a top lake depth map because the drop-off is so steep.

Making a laser cut Nevada ornament

Nevada's outline is a tall shape with the long diagonal edge down the southwest where it meets California, and the Colorado River at the southern tip. It reads instantly. At 4 in, the inside has room for I-15 through Las Vegas, I-80 across the north through Reno, US-95 down the middle, and Lake Tahoe and Lake Mead as small water pieces on the edges.

Tahoe straddles the state line, so the lake sits right on the frame edge. Check the outline in the Studio before you put a heart on Incline Village.
