What sells in Arkansas

Northwest Arkansas is growing fast, and new arrivals in Bentonville, Rogers and Springdale buy first-home maps. That is the steadiest market in the state. A tight city street map of a new subdivision with a heart on the house is a closing gift and a Christmas gift.
